“Shoulder” is produced by Atown TSB. In a behind-the-scenes video uploaded to his YouTube channel, Atown TSB walks viewers through the creative process behind the beat. The track features punchy percussion and melodic synths, setting the perfect backdrop for Medikal, Shatta Wale, and Beeztrap KOTM. Originally released as a single in June 2025, it was later included on Medikal’s highly anticipated album Disturbation 2, released October 10, 2025, a sequel to his 2017 debut. The 18-track project reaffirmed Medikal’s place at the summit of Ghanaian hip-hop.
