Rush Energy Secures Title Sponsorship of 2017 Ghana DJ Awards
Rush Energy has taken over the title sponsorship of Africa’s biggest DJ festival, the 2017 Ghana DJ Awards, and has promised to make it a more vibrant award Scheme.
The new partnership gives Rush Energy Drink the exclusive partnership rights to the hugely popular event and all activities associated with it. The festival is known henceforth as the Rush Ghana DJ Awards. The deal will include having Rush Energy participate in the Ghana DJ Awards Pub Invasion events nationwide and packages for selected award category winners at the 2017 Ghana DJ Awards. Rush Energy will have their company Logo on all Ghana DJ Awards promotional material.
At a brief ceremony held at the Medie – Nsawam office of Twellium Industrial Company last Friday, Ms Brenda Obenewaa Asamani, a marketing supervisor at Twellium Industries, said, “we at Twellium Industrial Company believe in the Ghanaian Entertainment industry. We believe DJs have contribute immensely to the development of the entertainment industry and we see the Ghana DJ Awards as the best platform to appreciate them.”
The Ghana DJ Awards is produced by Merqury Republic, one of Ghana’s leading event houses, which has been leading the pack in positively transforming the image of Disc jockeying in Ghana and rewarding DJs for their hardwork. DJ advocate and founder of the Ghana DJ Awards, Merqury Quaye, told the press, “We have all been witnesses to the growth of the Ghana DJ Awards and its positive impact on the entertainment industry for the past 5 years. We are excited to begin this partnership with Rush Energy who have demonstrated their commitment to the growth of the Entertainment industry through many initiatives.”
The Organizers of Ghana DJ awards have set March 24, 2017 as the date for the highly anticipated launch and nominees announcement of the 2017 edition of the awards under the theme ‘UNITED BY MUSIC’.
