Amerado presents The Price of Becoming, an eight-track project that explores the journey behind ambition, growth and success. Released on August 28, 2026, the project reflects on the sacrifices, difficult decisions and personal experiences that can shape a person while pursuing a bigger purpose.
The project moves across Highlife, Afrobeats, Hip-Hop and Reggae, allowing Amerado to explore different sides of his artistry. The tracklist includes “Sika Mframa,” “Chacha,” “Obiaa Nte Mase,” “Fountain” featuring Skales, “Return of the Lunatic 2,” “Keteke” and “Pharaoh” featuring Epixode and Ras Kuuku, alongside the opening title track, “The Price of Becoming (Mpaebor).”
