Young Jonn lets loose on “Let It Go,” a carefree Afrobeats record about putting stress aside and making time to enjoy life. Released on September 18, 2026, the song finds the Nigerian singer looking forward to having fun after a long and difficult week, choosing to relax and enjoy the moment with friends.
Throughout “Let It Go,” Young Jonn embraces a night of partying, drinks and good company. The song encourages listeners to forget their worries, free themselves from stress and have a good time, while keeping the details of the night private. Its repeated “let it go” hook reinforces the idea of leaving everyday pressure behind, even if only for a moment.
Produced by Willis, the record combines Young Jonn’s melodic delivery with an easygoing Afrobeats feel. The accompanying official music video brings the song’s carefree mood to the screen, adding a visual chapter to Young Jonn’s 2026 run following the release of his Dear London project.
