Press Release : Vacs And Stonebwoy Smoke Peace Pipe
The man behind Stonebwoy’s smash hit, ‘Mane Me’ is not happy about the seeming neglect after he handed the beat to Stonebwoy.
Vacs, the man behind the beat, says attempts to get some appreciation from Stonebwoy and his management have proven futile.
The song, which features Mugeez and Nigerian singer Praiz, was part of Stonebwoy’s ‘Epistles of Mama’ album.
Asked if he was paid for producing the beat of the song, Vacs told Andy Dosty in an interview on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM that, “I wasn’t paid for it.”
Stonebwoy’s management contacted that of Vacs’ to come to grips with their request.
Below is this official press release from Vacs’ management MHM Music Label addressing the issue with Stonebwoy and his management.

From Management of Vacs
Our attention has been drawn to a latest development in our media circles which is as a result of an interview our artiste (Vacs), granted on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz Show on the 9th October 2018.
Management would like to state that Vacs had no intention of providing information that was intended to tarnish the image of Stonebwoy or even the entire Bhim Nation.
Any information given were rather suggestions meant to project the betterment of our music industry and not to attack any individual.
We would like to assure the media and general public that appropriate measures are being taking by both managements to bring understanding and to promote the togetherness and unity that has always existed between these two brands
