Phrimpong sends some serious heat in Yaa Pono’s direction in his new song ‘That Line’. In an ongoing beef between Yaa Pono and Shatta Wale, the Uptown Energy boss dropped a line that seemed to suggest that Shatta Wale’s ‘Kumerica Invasion’ project was a downgrade after his feature with American musician Beyonce (LISTEN HERE).
Though others have defended Yaa Pono’s lyrics, it didn’t go down well with Kumasi-based musicians. They found the line derogatory and responses are coming in thick and fast. Check out Phrimpong’s response below.
