Real Cause of 'Pimpinaa' Model's Death

On August 12, 2016, we all heard the news that Belinda Asiamah, the video vixen in Obrafour’s Pimpinaa video has passed on. According to some people, she complained of experiencing severe pains in the stomach and was rushed to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

Others also said, she died as a result of abortion. Hitz FM spoke to a doctor at the Korle Bu Teaching hospital and he had this to say, “She was on admission at the Legon Hospital, what happened was she had an ectopic pregnancy; basically ectopic pregnancy is where the fetus develops outside the womb, typically in the Fallopian tube so it called for surgery.

After the surgery, she had a cardiac seizure where the doctors at the Legon Hospital successfully dealt with”. He continued, “She was transferred here to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital on the 11th of August because  at the Legon Hospital, there was no support unit. Immediately she was transferred here, she had another seizure which was successfully dealt with but died the following day, that was on the 12th of August 2016.”

The doctor went on to debunk rumours that she had an abortion. it’s not true she had an abortion. The former Akim State College student featured in Obrafour’s Pimpinaa video, Guru’sAlkayida video, Yvonne Nelson’s If Tomorrow never comesmovie and more. She will be buried come September, 3.

I'm not married! - John Dumelo

After news circulating on social media suggested that fine actor, philanthropist, real estate agent and now politician John Dumelo is married, he comes out to debunk the false allegations.

Speaking to Vanessa Gyan of Live Fm, he said the pictures circulating on social media were taken yesterday at a friend’s naming ceremony. He added that, he is very single and when ready to marry, the world would know about it.

Though unbothered about pressure from fans and many Ghanaians who think he is handsome and well to do, it is obvious John Dumelo is rather more focused on his entrepreneurial side and strong political ambitions.

Shatta Wale - Fly Your Niggaz (Winner Stay)(Prod by Shatta Wale)

The Ghanaian music scene has seen it’s fair share of back to back controversial / diss songs this year . Even though the dust seems to have settled, two dancehall artistes are still at each others throat and based on some relevations made tonight. It looks like the beef between Shatta Wale and Samini might be far from over.

Just last night (16th August , 2016) Shatta Wale released a song directed at Samini titled ‘ Fly Your Ni***

A twitter user who goes by the name ‘King Of Fire’   , decided to reveal the story or event behind shatta Wale’s song ‘Fly our Ni**az’ via social media. One would have thought the stories were made up until a reply from Shatta Wale seemed to have confirmed the story.

Model in Obrafour’s ‘Pimpinaa’ Video Passes Away

In my bid to sniff for news one fine Sunday morning, I chanced on news stating a diss song from AK Songtress to Kaakie and I honestly could not stop laughing. One could ask me why and my reason is really simple. ”When two elephants are fighting the grass suffers” but in this case the grass wants to join in the fight which is really interesting to me.

Open Letter To AKA Songtress, Kaakie and MzVee

To begin with, AK Songtress is considered a better dancehall music than the rest (Kaakie and MzVee) by many,  but readers please tell me, who en dancehall music epp? Aside ‘Funky Fresh’ which received great publicity both on radio and TV for its quality content, AK Songtress has really been suffering to break back into the limelight once more.

I have a simple message to AK Songtress which is, Re-Branding and Putting Out Good Music is the only way to get her some relevance in the music industry once more. Reason being, I remember when she and MzVee sat in the same couch and both rooting to win the award for the Unsung Category and about 3 years later, MzVee has been able to shoot up all the way to the BET while AK Songstress is still struggling to keep her name relevant.

I’m being brutally honest here and stating that, AK Songtress is the unwanted person in the Kaakie-MzVee beef and she should work on her music and brand before daring to touch two undoubtedly strong female Giants in the dancehall Industry.

[one_third][/one_third] [one_third]Kaakie[artist postid=”4878″][/one_third] [one_third_last][/one_third_last]

Now to Kaakie, the name that would have remained shorts or knicker but somehow sprung up to become a brand name of a talented singer. It’s always good to take up education as it is the only backup when other passions does not become so successful. And it is very important for any artiste to pull up a PR strategy as to help gain some attention from fans and many entertainment lovers. However for an artiste with much prospects as Kaakie, pulling a PR stunt as attacking MzVee just to get back into the game is highly irrelevant and Elorm Trybes or whoever Kaakie’s PR manager is clearly did not give Kaakie the best of advice.

In my opinion, what Kaakie should have done was to collaborate with the hottest musicians currently, so as to gain some heat as well or rather released very good songs as Toffee Pon’ Tongue so other acclaimed Dancehall Queens will know that indeed, the true Dancehall Queen has arrived.

Also, I think that for Kaakie to take a long break in music only to arrive and take shots at MzVee just proves that MzVee is the real dancehall queen currently.

[one_third][/one_third] [one_third]MzVee[artist postid=”3964″][/one_third] [one_third_last][/one_third_last]

Finally to The Natural girl, MzVee who has been very impressive since she began her music career about 4 years ago… Honestly there is nothing much that can be said about her because she has not responded to all the shots that has been taken at her. One advise to MzVee is that, she should ignore all the negative vibes around her and concentrate on her music. She has come far as an artiste and of course many others will like to tap into her glory.
