Ghanaian rapper Tulenkey has just released his first project of the year, an EP titled ‘Bad Friends’. The EP consists of four tracks and delves into Tulenkey’s personal journey, where he grapples with inner demons disguised as companions. Each track serves as a chapter, narrating his struggles with self-doubt and conflicting emotions. Featuring collaborations with Kweku Flick, Oseikrom Sikanii, and Beeztrap KOTM, the EP breaks traditional storytelling boundaries, shedding light on the destructive nature of negative influences. Through its exploration of mental health themes, ‘Bad Friends’ encourages empathy and understanding.
