After making strides with his Kpanlogo EP earlier this year, Ghanaian artiste and songwriter, Andrew Paul Nii Amu Darko, who is known by his stage name Darkovibes, releases ‘The Cornerstone’ EP.
In his own works, this is how Darkovibes had to say about the EP:
” The Cornerstone, is a personal playlist I put together. Currently, there are 112 song projects on my PC. Out of this number, these seven had complete verses, and didn’t need a lot of work to complete.
After many listens, I had a realization I was chosen to do this music thing. I kept prophesying and repeating that phrase, “I am a chosen one”. After several minutes of making those confessions, I held my Jesus piece, and immediately, the word cornerstone popped up in my head. I didn’t think much about it, but I knew at that moment what the name of the EP would become.
Glory to God, my first album, Kpanlogo, is still doing well above expectations. This EP is an attestation of God’s hand on my life. I’m one of His anointed. “ – Darkovibes
