Altranova (also known as NOVA), is a Record Producer, Audio Engineer, Composer and DJ From Accra – Ghana. He hails from the western part of Ghana (Takoradi/Nzema) and is currently a Producer/Audio Engineer at MajorKey Concept.
During his childhood, he was nurtured musically by his father who was a DJ In The 70’s. ‘DJ Silverlight’ as his father was known, played 70’s & 80’s Funk & a broad number of genres of music at that time.
Altranova grew up absorbing a lot of elements in the music played by his father & family which has lead to his amazing dexterity in multiple genres such as Jazz, Funk, Reggae, Soul & World, to name a few.
He taught himself to write, produce, mix & master music from underground to the professional industry level, for acts such as Sarkodie, Joey B, Pappy Kojo etc. The future is certainly bright with hopes and ideals of becoming a Grammy Award Winning music producer & sharing his music & sound with the rest of the world.
