From dropping 2 worldwide hit singles to making his Coachella Debut ,Ghanaian producer and DJ, GuiltyBeatz, has been steadily putting Ghana on the map.
When it was announced that Ghanaian-born producer and reggae-dancehall musician ,Shatta Wale, has been featured by Beyoncé on ‘The Lion King: The Gift’ Album, all attention was on him. He made the headlines and trended for hours as the only Ghanaian on the album.
That however was not the case as new information indicated there was another Ghanaian making us proud on the production side of the album. Ghanaian record producer and DJ ,GuiltyBeatz, best known for producing smash hits “Akwaaba” and “Pilolo” — revealed he had bagged production credits on the album as well.
Guiltybeatz had production credits to:
- “Find Your Way Back (Circle of Life)” by Beyonce ,
- ‘All Ready’ by Shatta Wale and Beyonce;
- ‘Keys to The Kingdom’ by Tiwa Savage and Mr Eazi.

In an instagram and twitter post Guilty Beatz expressed his gratitude for the opportunity given. He stated:

‘The Lion King: The Gift’ Album was produced by Beyonce for the 2019 Walt Disney Pictures film The Lion King.
The Lion King: The Gift, which was curated and produced by Beyonce will feature new songs inspired by the film. The album features global recording artists and steeped in the sounds of Africa, performed by multiple artists.
